Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**Exports Administration Officer **who can communicate with various stakeholders, train staff, and process and develop documents.

**About the role**:

- Process permits for the export of human substances in accordance with Customs. Issue export certification for medical devices
- Issue export Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) for medicines in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) Certification Scheme on the Quality of Pharmaceutical Products Moving in International Commerce
- Managing or assisting with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders via telephone or shared inbox and providing accurate and timely responses
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support and training to other staff as required

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated understanding of legislation relating to exports
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to form strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate
