**Are you a passionate, active individual looking for the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people living with a disability? Do you enjoy kicking the footy around, going out for coffee and exploring the community? Our participants are looking for support workers who are active, fun loving individuals who are engaging and happy to assist them to get out and engage in the community, attend appointments and assist with personal care.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support a range of participants both in their own homes and supported accommodation.
- Provide a range of participants with opportunities to access their local communities.
- Support in day to day living, personal care, promoting cooking, housekeeping, shopping etc.
- Maintenance of progress notes and record keeping

**Skills & Experience and Qualifications**:
**Required**
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Covid Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with children’s check
- NDIS worker orientation module

**Preferred**
- Certificate IV Disability or similar
- Drivers Licence
- Flexibility to work various shifts (including sleepover) throughout the week
- Prior knowledge or experience working with people who have a Disability
- Experience with behaviours of concern

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $37.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $46.00 per hour
