**About the Role**
We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to enhance and manage our team of Support Workers, ensuring they are effectively prepared and positioned to deliver exceptional service. This role encompasses everything from roster management to staff development, aiming to align our workforce capabilities with the diverse needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise staff rosters to meet the dynamic needs of our clients and staff.
- Develop and implement innovative rostering strategies to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
- Foster a supportive, empowering environment for continuous professional development and training.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive, compliant records and communication systems related to workforce management.
- Ensure all staffing activities align with our core values and comply with NDIS guidelines.
**About You**
- Passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace and enhancing community support services.
- Experienced in workforce or roster management, preferably within the health or social services sectors.
- Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- You are someone who displays critical thinking and a can do attitude in the face of challenge.
- Proactive in professional development, both for self and team, to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
