Rockdale, Australia Logistics Coordinator - International Airfreight Full time

Collating and disseminating import air consolidations.

Preparation of, or arranging for, Air Cargo Reports to be lodged.

Liaising with airlines and air cargo unpack terminals re cargo availability.

Arrange final clearance and delivery of cargo.

Billing of shipments.

Approval of vendor invoices.

Daily liaison with customers and transport companies to ensure on time delivery of freight

Ensure you are fully aware of all company policies and procedures

Through work, promote and demonstrate the values of GWL to ensure that all appropriate behaviors are displayed

Responsible for input regarding matters that may affect the safety and health of all employees as well as the environment

Attend all required OHS training sessions and ensure direct reports complete all requested safety training

Communicate any identified OHS issues to appropriate OHS contact.

Co-operate with the GWL requirements for measures designed to protect the health and safety of all people and the environment at work

Other duties as directed.
