Preparation of, or arranging for, Sea Cargo Reports to be lodged.

Liaising with shipping lines and sea cargo unpack terminals re cargo availability.

Paying appropriate charges to freight forwarders and shipping lines.

Submission of documents to relevant government departments.

Arrange final clearance and delivery of cargo.

Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries to customers.

Approval and upload of vendor invoices.

Billing of shipments.

Daily liaison with customers and transport companies to ensure on time delivery of freight

Other duties as directed.
