User Experience Designer

The Omni UX Designer is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction through improving the usability, accessibility, and flow of the Groups’ Omni channels.

By using both qualitative and quantitative methods of customer testing and analysis, the UX designer will deliver high quality solution designs in response to key customer problems and additionally capturing opportunities to deliver additional value through consistent UX approach of discovery, analysis, design, testing and iteration.

The Omni UX designer will drive the successful development and implementation of optimised customer experiences through to implementation of the solution through a clear data driven process.

**Some of the things you’ll be doing as part of your role**:

- Support the Omni Digital team to deliver the CVP by optimising the experience across all stages of the customer journey through producing high-quality, compelling, data and insight driven experiences
- Create and test design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows and prototypes
- Use analytics, research and customer insight as your guiding light as you seek out the absolute truth, validating hypotheses and squashing assumptions.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Group Digital initiatives by testing new experiences and optimisations through a clear, data-driven and insights led approach.
- Utilise data obtained from customer research, testing and data analysis to optimise the user experience
- Work cross functionally with our valued internal and external partners to deliver the best end to end customer experiences for our Omni eco-system

**The experience you will bring**
- Experience working with or within digital development/optimisation teams
- Strong digital UI skills and knowledge of both current and emerging trends.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies as well as mobile consumer usage and shopping behaviours across an omni-retail landscape.
- Excellent communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, UX design tools, testing methodologies and responsive design
