United Cinemas has an experienced management team which is focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering the ultimate cinema experience.

We are now recruiting a Cinema Supervisor for our cinema located at Rockingham. Supervisors form a key leadership role within our business and will work very closely with the Cinema Manager and other members of senior management to drive performance and profitability of this key company asset.

Ideally, you are someone who is enthusiastic and possesses the ability to challenge the status quo, have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to driving excellence in performance and results. You will be a great team player and have a genuine passion for delivering customer excellence and satisfaction and most importantly, enjoy yourself along the way

What are we looking for?
- 2+ years experience in a similar leadership role
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as per business demands
- Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' our guests
- Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations
- A KPI driven and customer service focused individual
- You are genuinely passionate about food and beverage
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- High security awareness
- Outcome driven approach to performance and results
- Current Licensed Manager Alcohol and First Aid certification
- Unlimited working rights in Australia

Desirable:

- Previous cinema experience
- Understanding of AV equipment, set-up and presentation
