The Data Disposition Lead will lead the data assessment activities planning and execution for the Parkville site closure. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient data disposition, archive, retirement and disposal, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, program timelines whilst supporting business continuity.

**Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:List the roles and responsibilities of the position (please limit the number of responsibilities to the primary ten.)

1 **Planning, Documentation and Reporting**: In collaboration with the Quality Hoshin, Master Application List (MAL) Preparation and Management.
- Entry/Exit and Data Assessment Template creation and management.
- Detailed record and risk management.
- Stream updates, metrics, compliance, and progress to completion.
- (Retire) in collaboration with Global Records retention and Global Archiving team.

3 **Data Prioritisation & Framework Governance**: Ensure data disposition aligns to the business Exit Program and I&T System retirement Schedule.

Classify and prioritise data based on regulatory requirements, retention policies, archive/disposal/retirement, cost, benefits and adherence to data governance framework.

4 **Data Migration and Archiving**: Review and provide oversight to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance for retirement & archiving activities with 3rd parties is established and adhered to.

Collation of signed off completion of all planned and archived activities.

Qualify archive/deletion costs/savings and benefits.

5 **Data Disposition Strategy**: Ensure archive strategies adhere to long-term archiving and retrieval guidelines.

Guide the development of detailed data disposition strategies and create Data Disposition Plan/s assessment template for GMP related System/Application/Value Stream, Data.

Align data disposition goals, timelines, and success criteria with Change Control.

6 **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with Global assurance director and identified System and business process owners to effectively plan and run stakeholder workshops and communications.
- Guides and leads Functional Data Lead activities.
- Drive collaboration efforts between Functional Data Leads, System Owners, Process Owners and other key stakeholders throughout the data assessment process.
- Lead and mentor multiple functional data leads (FDL), broader Hoshin team, data analysts, and I&T professionals’ alignment to Data Disposition framework.

7 **Communication**: Ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Communicate scheduled progress, challenges, risks and results to Parkville Exit Hoshin Steerco, key stakeholders, and senior management.

8 **Quality Assurance**: Work with Quality Lead to ensure documentation and record-keeping prove compliance with relevant regulations.

Ensure readiness for quality assessments of data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

9 **Budget Management**: Qualify data and systems archiving and deletion costs savings and benefits.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
