Administrative Assistant

**The Company**:
Mobility Engineering is Australia’s largest Automotive Assistive Technology Suppliers. We are a small firm of 12 people and we provide products and services to make lives of People with Disabilities and Elderly Australians better and easier when acccessing the community. We have a nationwide presence with a network of installers all around the country that fit our products and help Australians become more independent. Our company is well involved in the high growth NDIS space offering numerous potential career progression pathways.

**The Role**:
The role is an Administration position that is a typical office administration role which includes but is not limited to data entry, answering phones, greeting clients, filing/mailing/processing company documents, products stock control/stocktaking/stock delivery organising, events organisation and organising of postage and freight and managing the administration of various programs we run, basically helping in keeping us all organised and supporting the team as well as our customers on the phone. Experience in the Microsoft Suite of programs is essential.

**Skills and Experience**

Any previous office/admin experience is desired but it is not essential. We are a values based company, a "can-do attitude" is a must We are looking for someone who is very positive and able to work alone/autonomously as the senior managers can often be interstate or out of the office.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet Explorer
- Passion for talking to customers and performance of administration tasks
- Being organised and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions
- A positive "can-do" attitude

Salaries are reviewed and adjusted annually as a minimum.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
