**The Position**
- Teach Latin classes, particularly for Stages 4 - 6, delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Design and implement differentiated, inquiry-based learning experiences that reflect contemporary pedagogy.
- Plan authentic assessments that inform teaching and support student progress.
- Foster student wellbeing by supporting social and emotional needs alongside academic growth.
- Contribute to the Languages team through collaboration, professional learning, and engagement in the wider educational community.
- Integrate ICT to enrich student learning and enhance classroom engagement.

This is a permanent part-time role, with exact load to be confirmed, commencing Term 1 2026.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about the Latin Language with experience in teaching across Years 7-12. You will be creative, flexible and have excellent communication skills with an ability to engage and communicate with various stakeholders. You will be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and be committed to supporting the values of Wenona as you undertake your role.
