Market leading and highly attractive annual salary package on offer - Working with a growing & award-winning home building company - Positive and dynamic company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration **The Company**: Our client is a highly established and award-winning residential construction company, due to continued high levels of growth are now looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to join their busy senior leadership team working in Sydney's North-west. **Position Description**: The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are running on time, on budget and to the highest quality during the construction to warranty stages of the project. **Key Responsibilities of the Role**: - Undertake internal project review meetings with Site Supervisor team - Working closely with the company director - Monitor WHS inspection completions and site safety is being undertaken - Provide training, mentorship, motivation, guidance and support to - Manage and build on the strong working relationships with clients and suppliers. - Solve disputes, issues with peers, contractors, and clients - Monitor workflow and completion dates - Undertake weekly operations meeting with individual supervisors - Update construction KPI systems and record progress - Monitor progress and ensure items are completed in a timely matter - Implementing mandatory quality assurance stage inspections throughout the build process minimising errors/defects on completion - Working alongside other members of the senior management team **Role Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years experience in construction management with a home building company. - Managing 6 Site Managers at one time - Senior Site Supervisor experience now looking to make the step up into construction management - Experience with Building High-end Luxury up to 7 Million + in contract value per home - Project Management or relevant construction tertiary education - Proven time management and organisational skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Procore - Ability to learn new systems and software - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Understand how to train and motivate staff and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes **The key benefits for you**: - Market-leading and highly competitive and attractive salary package on offer - Opportunity for long-term growth and progression - Results and achievements are recognised and rewarded accordingly - Working within a very supportive and collaborative team environment from office through to the site. - An excellent company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration - Working on High End luxury Home builds **How to Apply?** **Via the Seek Website**: Submit your updated resume using the **Via Smartphone/Seek App**:Submit your updated resume using the **"Quick Apply"** button at the bottom of your telephone screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
