Lending Solutions Consultant's are responsible for developing and maintaining outstanding service standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction with a key focus in customer retention.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Manage workflow in an effective manner to meet productivity and service requirements.
- Achieve required outcomes GOS results and key KPI’s.
- Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of service with a high focus on retaining lending products.
- Successfully “outbound” customers at key events with a high level focus on retention.
- Actively seek referral opportunities for cross sales.
- Operate within the FSRA compliance and regulatory framework and adhere to all compliance requirements including relevant legislation and MyState policies and procedures;
- Employ safe working practices to ensure own safety and that of others in the workplace.
- Function as a competent, motivated, and professional member of the Contact Centre, Lending Solutions Team.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- High level service skills and knowledge
- Experience in dealing with complaints and conflict resolution
- Strong results orientation and the ability to work under pressure
- Well-developed problem solving, negotiation and complaint handling skills
- Competent PC skills and use of appropriate computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial services industry trends, and the generic environment and how these affect financial management practices for the individual
- Self-motivation with a result driven focus
- Demonstrated in depth knowledge of the products and services portfolio and policies relevant to this position including consumer lending
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive and professional team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation including FSRA, Privacy Act, Consumer Credit Code, EFT, FTRA legislation
