- Wilson Security is seeking a full-time Security Officer to join the Royal Dental Hospital in Carlton**About the Roles**:
Full time vacant line at the Royal Dental Hospital.**The site includes a fixed rotation total hours 74.5 hrs a fortnight.**

**Morning shifts are 0630-1430 hrs but sometimes can start earlier upon client requests, weekends starts 0730-1530**

**Afternoon shifts are 1430-2300 hrs, weekends 1500-2300 hrs.**

**Sites requirements: Covid Booster, Flu Vaccination and working with children check.**

This is a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.**The position functions includes**:

- Internal and external patrols
- Concierge/Customer Service
- Issuing contractors and visitors permits/passes
- Dealing with conflict resolution
- Patient watch
- General security duties
- Report writing
- Foot patrols

**Role Requirements**:

- **Flexibility to work across 24-7 rosters**:

- Current VIC Security licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid VIC drivers licence
- Working with children
- Current First Aid Certificate
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Willing to support both client team and security teams
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
