**Guest Experience Officer; Casual Role**

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic **Guest Experience Officer** to be the welcoming face of our park. If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a holiday every day, this is the role for you

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Rolling out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
- Being a holiday hero by promoting Ingenia Holidays as the go-to getaway spot.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
- Keeping the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A customer service superstar who loves making people feel welcome.
- Some experience in hospitality or tourism (bonus points if you’ve worked in a holiday park).
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft and booking systems, or open to learning.
- A team player with great attention to detail and organisation.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to get one) and a valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
