**About the role**

**We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who lives in and around the Fairy Meadow area to support a 69 year-old woman with an aquired brain injury to remain living independently within her home.**

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- ** Assistance with personal care tasks**:

- ** Assistance with therapy tasks**:

- ** Medication administration**:

- ** Use of mobility equipment**:

- ** Community participation**

**You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.**

**Days/Hours**

**Alternate weekend Saturday 3pm to 9pm and Sunday 7:30am to 3pm**

**Alternate Tuesday 7:30am to 3pm**
