**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage inbound call enquiries from Telstra customers typically regarding their existing services. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints, and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything

What you need to know:

- As a Casual employee, you will earn $30.26 hourly + Super (equates to $60,000 annually based on a 38 hour work week)
- To best support our Telstra customers, we work a rotating roster across Monday - Friday between 7am - 7:45pm. As a casual employee, you will work anywhere from 25 - 40 hours per week and post training can submit your shift preferences which are assigned based on availability
- You can choose to work from home on a hybrid model once you have completed 4 weeks training in office
- We are in West Perth, behind the City West Dome and across the road from the City West Station
