Glazing Supervisor

**The Glazing Supervisor will coordinate, collaborate, and lead a team of Glaziers (employed and sub-contractor) to meet project and customer glazing requirements.**

**You will be required to be proactive, results-driven, customer-focused, hands-on and can build and be able to maintain new and current stakeholder relationships**.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate with Management and Planning teams on glazing jobs and projects
- Work closely with our Technical Sales Team of Estimators to assist with quotations,
- Responsible for site visits, establishing the scope of works, cost input, resource requirements, and planning.
- Negotiate site programs, carry out material take-offs, assist with the ordering of glass, aluminum, and other hardware
- Build and maintain new and current stakeholder relationships

- Trade Qualified Glazier
- Experience and knowledge in the end-to-end process of glazing
- A genuine hands-on leader and mentor to other team members
- Customer-focused with a clear, yet approachable communication style
- Attention to detail and ability to work and lead a team
