What We're Looking For

Safety First, Always: Safety is more than compliance; it's the way we work. As a valued team member, you'll uphold the highest WHS standards, ensuring every task is carried out with care and professionalism.

Hands-On Excellence: Support our supervisors and tradespeople in glazing, façade, and miscellaneous metal installation. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical to delivering projects that stand the test of time.

Strong Work Ethic: We value reliability, commitment, and the drive to overcome challenges. Your determination will help our projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Team Player with Initiative: Thrives in both a supportive team environment and when working independently. We're seeking self-motivated individuals who keep projects moving forward.

Experience Matters: Previous construction labouring experience, particularly in glazing, façade,  metalwork installation, or rail will give you a strong edge. White Card is essential; EWP, RIW and other tickets are highly regarded.
