Are you a meticulous organiser with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a dedicated Storeperson to join our dynamic Client at their store in Fyshwick, ACT. As a Storeperson, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities may include**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- **Goods Receipt and Dispatch**: Receive incoming goods, verify their quality and quantity, and process outgoing orders efficiently.
- **Storage Optimisation**: Organise and optimise storage space to maximise efficiency and accessibility.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet quality standards and are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage.
- **Effective Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers to coordinate activities, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to fulfill orders, coordinate deliveries, and support overall operational goals.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mechanics industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
