Treasure Cove ELC, Kellyville is a well established centre in the area, operating at maximum capacity. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Room Leader/ Educator working in the toddlers room.

You must have:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education/ ECT or working towards, with some experience in room leading preferred
- Valid WWCC

As a room leader you will guide and mentor the educators in the room. You will be responsible for
- The routines and programming for all children.
- Delivering high quality learning outcomes
- Maintaining high quality documentations
- Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and staff.
- Developing strong relationship with children, co-workers and families.
- Good organisational skills
- A strong understanding of National Quality Framework, National quality standards and Early Years Learning Framework.

Applicants will have strong communication skills and be organised, as well as having a caring and professional approach to their work.
