**The Role**
- Lead Educator role in the Toddler room
- Create an interactive, fun and safe learning environment with the EYFL in mind
- Mentor and collaborate with the team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment is created for children.
- Ensure the health and safety of the children
- Create meaningful relationships with the parents and families. Ensuring effective communication is maintained.

**Role Requirements**
- Diploma in Early Childhood and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Full time - 38 hours per week
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming
- Previous experience in a leadership position or strong leadership skills
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
