Fire Shield is a leading provider of fire protection and safety solutions, With a strong commitment to ensuring the safety of our clients, we specialize in fire prevention and detection.
We are seeking a Dry Service Manager to join our dedicated team.This role is based (NOR) and will oversee the day to day operations, manage resources and personnel, implement strategies for improvement and work closely with the team to meet organizational goals.

**Key responsibilities**:Manage, mentor, inspire, and coordinate a team of technicians to empower them to improve their abilities and meet the future needs of the business as it grows
Participation in weekly management meetings.
Provide strategic operational advice including pricing/estimating, providing tailored clients sites
Liaise with clients to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations, act as a point of escalation and provide applied thinking to client requirements
Liaise with scheduling department that maintenance and / or repairs are completed in accordance with contract or Australian Standards, specifications and to high level of quality of works
Manage and maintain budget requirements for all works and processing of technicians SR’s
Actively participate in toolbox meetings and ensure the ongoing OHS, SWMS and JSA are continuously updated

**Requirements**:To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:Demonstrated excellence in communicating with managers and support staff.
Proven ability in managing high profile fire maintenance contracts including, compliance, quoting & minor project works
Ability to mentor, coach and develop your team.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant Australian Standards
Highly organised with exceptional follow-through capability
The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
A strong focus on safety
Electrical license (desirable, but not required)

**Salary**: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
