**Change Advisor**
- **Wollongong / Hybrid (2 days at the office 3 days from home)**:

- **17 Months contract**:

- **$60 to $65 p/h + super**

We are currently seeking a Change Advisor to join our client EPMO team. As the Change Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the change framework. You will be accountable for ensuring members (staff and volunteer) adoption and minimizing resistance to new initiatives and transformations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the ongoing forward schedule of changes to assist the business in planning for change, manage project or change-related interdependencies, and facilitate the communication of changes within the change management process to keep the organization informed.
- Facilitate the implementation of strategic changes across the organization while maintaining awareness of all continuous improvement and change initiatives to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
- Provide advice on change management and communication issues and processes to stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective communication-based work practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High level stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Confidence to interact with a range of stakeholders, from front-line staff to Directors
- Strong people-focus
- Capable of producing high-quality work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
