**About the role**:
Outstanding opportunity to become a
**Permanent/ Part-Time/ Casual Support worker** providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in
**Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, including Hawthorn, Boxhill, Doncaster, Glen Waverley, Templestowe, Blackburn and Ringwood.**
**Tasks include**:
- Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients’ needs
- Maintaining records and continuous communicating with our excellent client services staff
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to honour client requests
**ABOUT YOU**
You have a real passion for helping people and this shows through your exceptional customer service skills and the way you respectfully treat others. You are made for the industry because you are compassionate, empathetic, and professional in all that you do. You want to make a difference with your warm and caring outlook. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
In addition, you will have:
- A current driver’s licence, a reliable road worthy vehicle and full comprehensive insurance
**All permanent Prestige Disability Support Workers will receive the following benefits**:
- $6,000 yearly car allowance (full-time equivalent)
- Plus leading industry and above award rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
- 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days personal leave per year
- Paid time to travel between shifts
- $150 car wash allowance
- $100 Endota spa voucher in February each year
- 1 wellness day per year
- Paid CRP and first aid training renewal
- Paid manual handling training
- Paid NDIS Worker Screening checks
- Free uniform
