Ideally available to work min 4hrs a day during peak time in September - November
Occasional travel to Sydney/Melbourne may be required
**Overall purpose and objectives**

- Problem solving, time management, prioritization and other “soft skills” essential to successful team-based professional careers
**Main tasks and duties**
- Assist in vendor coordination and communication, comparing and reviewing services and quotes
- Occasional event logistic support with printing name tags, place cards, mailing items, packing SWAG, carrying small boxes/banners and event set-up may be required.
- Support with preparation of briefing documents for marketing material creation and coordination with our in-house design team
- Concepting and preparation of presentations and internal planning documents
- Regular research and support for digital events as well as assisting with event logistics and registrations.**General requirements**
- Working towards a Bachelor’s
- Strong interest in digital and/or event marketing, ideally with first internship experience in that area
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate complicated information clearly and simply
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and confidently
- Interest in communication and PR is a plus
- Ability to manage time and parallel projects remotely
- A helpful and approachable persona
**Work environment**
Emarsys is a globally matrixed organization. You will work in our Melbourne/Sydney office and report directly to the Field Marketing Manager.
