**About You**:
A team player who is to provide general support to the Operations Manager in ensuring that the working areas of the premises are maintained to a professional standard and that key equipment and assets are available as required.

**Duties**:

- To ensure the site complies with all licensing and planning obligations e.g fire hose and extinguishers are regularly inspected and within date, drainage and storm water management, security and traffic management.
- To manage stock level of waste bins (including spare parts and used bins). This includes stocktaking all bins and ensuring returned bins are properly accounted for, their condition is assessed and repairs and washing undertaken so that they will be available for future work.
- Prepare bins for delivery, including picking and if required, assembly.
- Ensure all trucks have a designated parking space and that the correct truck is parked in its spot.
- When required, wash trucks and assist with their presentation.
- Stocktake trucks.
- Assist with regular truck inspections, including cabin.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
