Permanent full-time Client Liaison Officer

**Title**:Client Liaison Officer

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? Our client is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth credit processes, managing transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Paper Preparation:_
- Collaborate with consultants to prepare credit papers.
- Crafting credit paper content, including transaction purpose, deal metrics, and client history.
- Credit Application Servicing:_
- Sourcing financials for individuals and related entities.
- Obtaining asset and liability statements._
- Completing servicing spreadsheets based on financial data and proposed debt.
- Managing Approved Transactions:_
- Provide ongoing support for deal management.
- Drafting conditional approval letters, noting any standard or additional credit-imposed conditions.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders (accountants, insurers, solicitors, and clients).
- Coordinating valuations for commercial property facilities.
- Documentation and Settlement Management:_
- Work closely with internal staff and external solicitors and clients.
- Requesting loan documents once standard conditions are met.
- Sending loan documents to clients and reviewing executed paperwork.
- Ensuring satisfaction of standard and additional conditions precedent before arranging settlement.
- Post-Settlement Exceptions_:

- Address outstanding documentation to meet settlement conditions.
- Collaborate with credit teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field will be highly regarded.
- Experience in credit administration, loan processing, or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
