**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Mahogany Creek, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This client requires a carers for 7 hours per week of personal care spread across Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 3pm.

Carers have the opportunity to pick up shifts with other clients in the Midland/Ellenbrook and surrounding areas if they wish to build their hours.

Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 3pm.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
