The Fresh Collective is recruiting for an experienced Venue Manager at one of Melbourne’s most exciting venues - Museums Victoria.

We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented - a hospitality natural. You have an innate ability to oversee the front of house operations, managing all service-related tasks to ensure our many guests are provided with professional and courteous service.

This position is responsible for driving the quality of all F&B outlets and managing a pool of service staff. This is a busy role overseeing a seven-day operation.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Manage successful operation at the venue and service delivery of restaurant and cafes.
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved throughout the operation
- Lead by example and nurture and motivate a team hospo professionals
- Plan, analyse, report, and deliver current and future financial success of the venue

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years cafe/venue management experience
- Hands on management skills
- Passionate and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
