We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and develop our team in a BRAND NEW CONCESSION STORE opening inside MYER North Lakes.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated to drive sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customers.

**This is a full time position and you will need to have the flexibility to be able to work over the weekends and late night trade if required.**

Experience in menswear is preferred, however if you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley

You should be a confident team leader, with either Store Management or 2IC experience, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate your team, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organisational skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
