About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our North Lakes team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader who excels in:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving sales and consistently exceeding targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience
- Training and coaching staff to maximise performance and sales outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in team management, sales, and staff training
- A competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Background in Real Estate, Automotive Sales, Jewellery, or Watches preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering premium service
