Greensoul Organics is looking for a full-time General Retail Store Supervisor at the Beaconsfield shop. Greensoul Organics is a small organic food store in Beaconsfield which specialises in sale of organic, gluten free, vegan and non GMO food stuff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ordering of stock for the store from various suppliers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store - this includes fresh produce and shelf items.
- Handling of fresh certified organic produce and restocking shelves.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Quality check of online orders and packaging.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Able to work with others.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Have knowledge in supplements and health foods.
- Ensuring other staff follow procedures.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in Retail Store Supervisor.
- Thorough understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Knowledge in supplements and health foods.

The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

You will be required to work weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
