GreenSoul Organics is looking for a full time Experienced Retail Store Manager at the Beaconsfield shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring topmost customer service - both instore and for online customers.
- Ordering stock from multiple suppliers
- Inventory management and stock control
- Opening and closing of the store
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and appearance.
- Work with Management team on improving procedures.
- Consistently maintaining brand standards.
- Handling of fresh produce.
- Supervising staff
- Assist in staff recruiting, managing, training and rostering.
- Ability to work with others.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge in supplements and health foods will be beneficial.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Able to use different POS systems - training will be provided.
- 3-5 years inventory management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Staff management skills.
- Experience in retail industry.
- Problem and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of healthy lifestyle and benefits of supplements.
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Available to work weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beaconsfield, VIC 3807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
