Job Description:
About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Producer to join our fast-paced Studio & Production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about digital content and wants to grow their career in a creative, collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of digital assets—from EDMs and social media content to HTML5 display banners and print collateral. You’ll work closely with designers, studio teams, and account leads to ensure every brief is delivered on time, on spec, and on brand.

What You’ll Do
- Manage digital production tasks from brief review to final delivery
- Interpret and clarify briefs, specs, and asset requirements (e.g., static vs. carousel, banner sizes, formats)
- Coordinate the production of:

- HTML5 and GIF banners
- EDMs and landing page assets
- Social media content (static, carousel, video)
- Print and OOH materials
- Liaise with internal teams (studio, designers, account managers) to ensure smooth workflow
- Ask the right questions early to avoid delays and ensure clarity
- Track timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Support the team by taking on menial but essential tasks to keep production moving
- Work across a variety of clients with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a digital production or creative studio environment
- Solid understanding of digital formats and specs (HTML5, GIFs, social, print)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and collaborative
- A proactive mindset with initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with production tools and workflows (bonus if you’ve used project management platforms)
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
