**What we are looking for**
- **Bar Pro**: A minimum of 2 years behind the bar, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced venue.
- **Fast & Focused**: Quick on the pour, cool under pressure, and always delivers top-quality drinks.
- **Guest Obsessed**: You know how to bring the energy, deliver great service, and keep the vibes high.
- **Team Leader**: A natural motivator who thrives in a busy team environment and leads by example.
- **POS Confident**: Skilled with point-of-sale systems and handling cash/cards with accuracy.
- **RSA Ready**: Holds a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
