**What you’ll be doing**:

- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, medication
- Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal prep
- Social support: community outings, grocery runs, appointments
- Assisting with mobility aids and hoist transfers
- Supporting clients with high care or complex needs
- Reporting and monitoring well-being of clients
- Attending training and team meetings

**What you’ll need**:

- **Minimum Certificate III in** Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or any other relevant field.
- **Current CPR / First Aid Certificate**
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**
- **Experience in hoist transfers & high care**
- **Smartphone with internet access**
- Live locally in the **Eastern Suburbs**
- Great attitude and communication skills
- **Female support staff preferred** (based on client needs)
