**Position Details**:
We are currently recruiting a **disability support staff** to provide care for a participant around Eastern suburbs of Sydney. We seek experienced workers.
- **Shifts**: Available **Monday to Friday**, 5 days a week, starting in the morning and finishing in the afternoon. These are **recurring shifts**, providing consistent care on the same days.
- **Responsibilities**: Your role involves compassionate support and assistance to our participant.
- **Desired Qualities**: Demonstrable experience and maturity. **Must have a Car.**:

- **Effective Communication**: Strong communication skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with our participants.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.60 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 36 per week
