We are seeking a suitably experienced **Executive Assistant** to provide high level support to the Executive Director, People and Culture. This is full time, fixed-term (ending September 2026) position based at Doncaster. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Doncaster Headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to Executive Director People & Culture, this position provides a full range of high-level confidential administrative support and related services at executive level to the Executive Director People & Culture (ED P&C). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- All aspects of diary management and associated arrangements, scheduling, and bookings (i.e. meetings, travel, accommodation, events) whilst proactively anticipating the requirements of the Executive Director
- Reviewing and preparing of correspondence, reports, and briefs to ensure all information is collated and disseminated as required in a timely and accurate manner
- Contributing to a safe, lawful, and respectful workplace culture through the modelling of ethical and positive behaviours consistent with the AV values

**About you**

To be considered for this position, you will have a completion of a degree or relevant tertiary certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include but not limited to:

- Strong communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships and influence, negotiate, and generate buy-in with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Effective written communication skills with the ability to write in an accurate, clear, and concise manner
- Extensive experience in Senior Administration, Coordination or Executive Assistant positions, providing support at the senior level, preferably in larger, complex organisations
- Demonstrated success in effective planning, organising and time management and meeting objectives and set timeframes

This position is classified **AV3** under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
