- **Preparation of advice to clients**:

- **Preparation of briefs to Counsel**:

- **Appearance at Counsel Conferences**:

- **Drafting of Court documentation**:

- **Inspecting subpoenas for family and other law documentation**:

- **Liaise with agents from other states**:

- **Liaise with the Psychological staff, supporting Clients during their matters progression**:

- **Be passionate about your career in the legal sector**:

- **Be proactive in personal practice development**:

- **Have knowledge of Family Law and Procedure, the Law of Evidence as well as other relevant legislation**:

- **Be willing to undertake key marketing tasks such as article drafting to assist in firm presence**:

- **Have strong communication skills both with clientele, the community and your staff members**:

- **Have a strong teamwork ethic**:

- **Have strong education in Australian Law**:

- **Have experience in working with Smokeball legal software**:
**The position is designed for a solicitor who wishes to join the firm and remain with the practice for the long term and develop their skills and practice as a family and civil solicitor. The Directors of this new firm are keen to support this position in a hybrid manner, allowing the Solicitor to work both in and out of the office.**:
