Are you a solicitor with a passion for private client work and a desire to build your expertise in complex and rewarding areas of law? Nathan Yii Lawyers, a boutique legal practice in Melbourne's CBD, is expanding and seeking a motivated and bright solicitor to join our growing team.

We specialise in structuring, taxation, superannuation (SMSFs), trusts, estate and succession planning, and estate litigation for high-net-worth clients and families. Our work is technically challenging, strategically rewarding, and deeply client-focused.

This is a unique opportunity to fast-track your development with hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and the chance to work directly with high-quality clients on meaningful matters. We are currently looking for someone to join our structuring and estate planning team.

  • Analytical, curious and strategic in your thinking
  • Genuinely passionate about our core practice areas: wills and estates, trusts, SMSFs, structuring and taxation
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
  • A clear and confident communicator, with a client-focused mindset

Who Should Apply

This role is ideal for early-career lawyers with 1–3 years' post-admission experience, but we welcome applications from candidates at varying levels who have a genuine interest in private client work and our areas of specialisation.
