**About the role**

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Language Literacy and Numeracy students

Share your skills and passion for your industry, build the skills, qualifications, and employability, and support the career goals of our students.

We currently have positions available within our **North Region**. Please tick your preferred campus in the **Application Form**.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have:
1. A qualification at AQF5 (or above) and relevant experience in LLND area

**Note: successful applicants coming in under this qualification level must complete Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching (ALaNT) + TAELLN skillset (TAESS00026 or predecessor) within 18 months of engagement** **OR**

Hold a recognised Bachelor degree (AQF7) in education, with an LLND focus OR

A recognised postgraduate qualification (AQF8 or higher) in LLND

3. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

**Highly Regarded**
- Experience in teaching Language Literacy and Numeracy in a multi-level classroom
- Experience teaching in online environments
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within teams
