Reporting directly into the Group Training Manager you will be responsible for a team of 3 and provide support to the Sydney site to ensure the development of competent employees throughout the entire employee journey.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Identifying training needs and contributing to the development of projects and initiatives that align with the company strategy
- Maintaining and building strong positive stakeholder relationships
- Continuously improve training content and maintain RTO standards ensuring all materials meet requirements
- Influence and develop a collaborative team by providing support and mentoring

**THE CANDIDATE**
If you are a confident individual, that has a passion for L&D and managing a team then this is for you. To be successful in this role you must have demonstrated experience in a similar role and be able to manage various priorities. You must be able to conduct and implement training requirements that are filtered out to the organisation.
