- $140,000 package - 35-hour week

This large-scale, events-based business that is aligned to the public sector has an exciting 12-month opportunity for you to build engaging blended learning programs for its workforce providing simplicity and consistency. The culture is down-to-earth, fast-paced and outcomes orientated.

Reporting to the HR Director and collaborating with a range of stakeholders including SME’s, leaders, external agencies and the HR team, your priority will be to review and redesign all on-line induction and compliance modules across areas such as WH&S, privacy, code of conduct, ethics etc ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and interactive. Other activities will include:

- Co-ordinate training across the organisation and maintain the centralised learning calendar on SuccessFactors.
- Partner with business stakeholders to undertake needs analysis and scope and design programs that support their needs.
- Assist with the provision of strategic and technical organisational development advice, programs and training to achieve cultural change.
- Collaborate with the HR team to help develop an organisation wide capability framework.

Although a strong compliance learning focus initially, this role will evolve to include soft skills development and there is potential that the position could extend into a longer term contract or a permanent role.
