We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Female Support Worker** to provide **1:1 support** for a male participant with a **psychosocial disability**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide trauma-informed and person-centred support.
- Assist with emotional regulation and daily living activities.
- Encourage healthy communication and relationship building.
- Respect and promote the participant’s independence.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working with participants who have **complex behavioural needs**.
- Strong understanding of **trauma-informed care** and **person-centred approaches**.
- Ability to provide **structured and consistent** support.
- Relevant **qualifications and/or experience** in disability or mental health support.

**_This role will start as a casual position, with a view to becoming Permanent Part-Time._**

**Position 2 - 42 hours per fortnight**

**Week 1**:

- Monday 17:00 PM - 09:00 AM (Sleepover 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM) - 8 hrs
- Wednesday 17:00 PM - 09:00 AM (Sleepover 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM) - 8 hrs
- Saturday 17:00 PM - 09:00 AM (Sleepover 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM) - 8 hrs

**Week 2**:

- Tuesday 15:00 PM - 09:00 AM (Sleepover 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM) - 10 hrs
- Thursday 17:00 PM - 09:00 AM (Sleepover 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM) - 8 hrs

**Position 3 - 42 hours per fortnight**

**Pay Rates (SCHADS Award)**
**Casual - includes 25% loading**:

- Day: $33.96/hour
- Afternoon: $37.36/hour
- Active night: $38.04/hour
- Saturday: $47.55/hour
- Sunday: $61.13/hour
- Public holiday: $74.72/hour (includes 25% casual loading)

**Required Licences/Credentials**
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory
- QLD Blue Card (P - Employee)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Yellow Card (P-Employee)
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You modules
