**Client**: Meet our client, male client with a big heart and a zest for life. He loves going for walks, volunteering, and staying active at the gym. Diagnosed with an intellectual disability, schizophrenia, and anxiety, he’s seeking someone who can provide consistent support with warmth and expertise.
**Shifts**:

- Friday: 5 PM to 10 PM (Sleepover)
- Saturday: 6 AM to 9 AM
- Sunday: 5 PM to 10 PM (Sleepover)
- Monday: 6 AM to 9 AM
- _Shifts repeat weekly._

**Your Role**:
This isn’t just a job; it’s a commitment to fostering independence, building confidence, and creating a safe, supportive space. You’ll implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans, encourage capacity-building activities, and be a source of stability and encouragement in the face of challenges.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passion and Dedication**: You’re driven to make a genuine difference in the lives of those with mental health needs.
- **Experience in Mental Health Support**: Ideally, you bring hands-on experience and understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Plans.

**Essential Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or QLD Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (or QLD Blue Card)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian Driver’s License and access to a fully insured vehicle
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Disability or Aged Care or a Cert III in disability or a related field
