- **Clinical Excellence & Integrated Assurance** team has an opportunity for a Clinical Integrated Assurance Improvement Analyst to join the team on a 12 month fixed term part time basis working 37.5 hours a fortnight.

**Your Role**
- You will be responsible for providing support to the Clinical High Impact Risk Custodians, implementing practices and developing analysis tools to help improve SJGHC performance in managing risks.
- This role will administratively report to the Group Manager of Integrated Assurance and the Executive Director of Nursing and Patient Experience and work directly with the four Clinical Risk Custodians who own the group standards for each of the four clinical risks currently in scope.
- This is an exciting opportunity to create processes and systems that will help give SJGHC the confidence that if a change in control performance occurs it will be identified and remediated in a timely manner.

**The Position**
- Support integrated assurance and Line 2 Risk Custodians in identifying, verifying, analysing, and implementing risk and process improvement opportunities
- Assist with the development and delivery of improvement initiatives that foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement across SJGHC
- Lead and undertake clinical data analysis and manipulation across the patient care journey and identify and interpret data patterns and correlations to streamline thinking and reduce administrations at hospitals
- Develop practices that track and record improvement initiatives and associated rationale so that a history of changes is maintained
- Develop and sustain positive internal and external relationships, through communication and consultation
