**Lead Generation**:
Master the art of telephone marketing and door-knocking to bring in new business.

**Client Engagement**:
Attend 'Open For Inspections' and private viewings.

Craft detailed follow-up reports for vendors.

**Administrative Excellence**:
Prepare pre-listing kits and reports that wow.

Manage our database like a pro.

Liaise with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors to smooth out contracts.

Process new listings and coordinate advertising schedules.

Organize appointments and assist with our marketing campaigns.

Handle general administrative duties with a smile.

**Qualifications**:
Required: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or a valid Agent's Representative Certificate.

Clear police record check.

Your own well-maintained and clean car.

Valid driver's license.

Exceptional personal presentation.

Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude.

Great organizational skills and time management.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position.

**Benefits**:
Competitive base salary plus Commissions.
