**Requirements**:
About the role
- Database Prospecting and leveraging off current listings - generating leads
- Cold Prospecting for new leads
- Dealing with buyer enquiries and general buyer management
- Sourcing potential sellers and building relationships
- Attending Open Home Inspections & liaising with buyers
- Assisting sales agent with the property campaign
- Attending Building & Pest Inspections, Valuations
- Working on all marketing for the agent
- Must have current drivers license and car

**Skills and experience**
- Tenacious, hungry and driven to succeed
- Agents Representative preferred although not essential
- Drivers license and car essential
- First class communication skills and immaculate presentation
- Must live locally or close to Melton Greater Region & know the area
- Able to work Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
