Our client manufactures a range of Engineered Products for Connecting, fixing, lifting and anchoring steel products for the Construction Industry.
Protech are currently seeking several experienced Factory / Production Workers for Day Shift Roles starting immediately. The casual pay rate is $30.40 / hour plus penalty rates on Overtime.
**Based in Brisbane's Eastern Suburbs (Murarrie)**
**Duties for the role include**
- Materials Handling
- Operation of Production Machinery - Producing finished Steel Bar Products through operation of Band Saws, Cold Forging (Heading Machines), Thread
- Cut Machines and Bar Bending Machines
- General Housekeeping
- Stores exp will be an advantage but not essential
**To be considered for this role you must have the following**
- Previous experience in a related or similar Heavy Manufacturing Environment
- Your own reliable Transport
- A current Drivers Licence
A current Forklift Licence or experience using Overhead Cranes is an advantage
