**About the role**
The Aged Care Assessment team is a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering high quality aged care assessments enabling access to services under My Aged Care. Work in a large, busy team that offers regular professional development opportunities and well-structured clinical support. Assessors are accountable for achieving and monitoring clinical outcomes in their specific area of expertise, driving best practice and identifying trends in clinical care and practice variances.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated understanding of aged care systems
- Current registration with AHPRA in your relevant discipline
- Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
